Deloitte is a leading technology consulting company, and so it stands to reason that we should have a website that follows suit. But with 48 member firms, spread over 180 countries, speaking over 20 languages, this presented a new challenge for our Digital practice.

Careful management is essential

The project began with careful requirement gathering. 48 member firms results in a lot of different requirements, but with careful project management throughout, we kept on track. We managed the end-to-end creative and UX design; as well as our offshore product development teams, following an agile delivery model. We built the site to deliver contextualised content that varied according to the viewer’s browsing behaviour. And we integrated social media feeds throughout; because we know how much value they can add.

The result of all this hard work? A site that integrates social media feeds, delivers personalised content and was described by Adobe as the first example of a fully responsive use of Adobe AEM (CQ). We’re proud of it, and as it rolls out in more countries, it serves as a great example of what we’re capable of.
