To enable Condé Nast International to realise their objective we have helped to define the requirements across rich media content management, multi-platform production workflow, and interactions with the end customer. The next phase will be to help choose the technologies to support this vision across all Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Being a global team, we were able to review, identify and report characteristics regarding technology at Condé Nast International via workshops and interviews on a country by country basis. By evaluating findings against market and industry trends, we tackled the challenges head on, recommending a number of tactical and strategic manoeuvres to stay ahead of competition.

We continue to work with Condé Nast International to help them explore the full potential of the ever evolving digital arena by establishing a robust technology roadmap fit for the future. Through engaging with multiple workstreams and reaching far and wide for global procurement solutions we are helping to prepare Condé Nast for what looks like an exciting time ahead for publishing physically and digitally.

Multi-channel solutions

Multi-channel solutions

With a multi-channel offering of Condé Nast International’s top publications to consumers being the goal, we sent a dedicated team of professionals to design a logical architecture to highlight capabilities required by the business. This helped provide a platform to determine suitability via vendor engagement. As a result, we moved forward, advising Condé Nast International on investing in the best and selecting a short list of vendors to respond to an RFP for a digital workflow solution. We arranged, business and technical users to score the responses to identify the most suitable candidate.
