    We collaborated with the bank to deliver an omni-channel service and customer experience across tablet, mobile, web, branch and telephony channels. B has completely redefined what a bank should be, and the result is an example of Deloitte Digital at it’s best, working collaboratively with clients to deliver disruptive and market leading propositions along with lasting change.

    As our strategy, digital and business delivery partner Deloitte worked with us to design and deliver B, our new omni-channel banking service, to the market. By bringing new ways of working along with their depth and breadth of expertise they helped us turn an idea into reality.

    B is a new digital banking service for tablet and mobile that brings together a current and savings account into one amazing app, available on both Android and iOS devices.

    B provides customers with market leading digital money management capability through a seamless customer experience via tablet and mobile. Customers are able to monitor their current and savings accounts via the app, and the tablet experience goes as far as providing a financial timeline, breakdown of spend and financial stories.

    Responsive Web Account Opening

    In addition to developing the B app, we designed a new online account opening process allowing customers to open an account in less than 15 minutes. We then set out to help Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank deliver extra benefits to their business by rolling out this process to their current accounts.

    Along with launching the digital proposition and placing the customer at the heart of it, we also helped design and launch a new customer-centric contact centre. With B, customers have easy access, whenever, wherever. What’s more, they have 24/7 support from B’s dedicated team.
