Graduate Developer

Overview

As an Analyst Developer you will be a part of the team that helps our clients operate successfully in the digital world, working across the entire delivery lifecycle.  You will contribute to building web and mobile experiences that transform the way they interact with their customers.  Some examples of what your role may involve include:

  • Interpret business requirements as working software through collaboration with business analysts, designers, architects and other business stakeholders
  • Creation of design documentation 
  • Develop software components that meet the quality standards agreed for the team, including implementation of unit tests, scripts and test harnesses. This could include:
    • Creating responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
    • Development of native and hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android
    • Building features to customise experiences on platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager and hybris
    • Building fast, modern APIs with Java, Kotlin and Scala
    • Deploying and running software components using container and cloud platforms like Docker and AWS
    • Exploring new platforms like wearables, AR and VR
  • Demonstrate delivered functionality to client teams
  • Build and operate infrastructure using cloud based hosting services
  • Support effective release management
  • Help streamline delivery processes via automation, cultural change and continuous improvement to reduce the overall cost to operate
  • Resolution of defects during test execution phases and in production environments

Graduate Consultant

Overview

As a DD Advisory Analyst, you will be a part of the team that helps our clients operate successfully in the digital world. You will help our clients shape their marketing, sales and customer service strategies, design customer and user experiences, structure their front office operations and adopt digital technologies - transforming the way they engage with their customers. Some examples of what your role will involve include:

  • Working in a programme management office supporting the management of multiple projects;
  • Supporting production of strategies to make the best use of technology to solve business challenges;
  • Helping to manage and coordinate IT suppliers involved in technical delivery;
  • Running workshops to capture As-Is business processes and developing To-Be processes;
  • Supporting the development of business cases, financial estimation models and commercial documentation to support technology investment;
  • Analysis business data to support decision making;
  • Defining customer and user journeys to support customer and user experience design.
