Deloitte wins Salesforce Mobile Innovation Award for Hub

Deloitte was recognised at the 2015 Salesforce Partner Awards last week, winning the Mobile Innovation Award two years in a row. Deloitte’s Pocketsales call planning and execution app won the award in 2014 and this year Hub, the B2B customer community, won this prestigious award.

Beating off competition from over twenty other applications, Hub was awarded the Mobile Innovation Award for its innovative approach to delivering a rich user experience through the Salesforce platform through a multi device, mobile app.

Hub is a responsive web app providing a highly engaging, customisable design and functionality with an app-like experience. It provides brand owners with the ability to engage with their B2B partners – retailers, barmen, doctors, tenants, suppliers – to collaborate, raise cases, send personalised message, increase loyalty, view news and order.

The award was presented to Deloitte’s Salesforce lead partner, Phil Ludlow, by Andy Lawson, SVP UKI Enterprise Business Unit & UK MD. William Grobel, Senior Manager at Deloitte Digital and practice lead for Hub, says, “We are delighted Hub has picked up further recognition, in addition to receiving Fullforce certification earlier in the year.
