In the first part of this session we will discuss the observations from an EMEA-specific consumer study regarding the automotive buying experience, and learn how some of the most prevalent consumer pain-points are still left unaddressed by OEMs. In the second part, we will hear from Daimler how they regained pole position in the automotive premium market by executing on their vision of digitalisation. The final part of the session will focus on bringing the learnings from the consumer study together with the learnings of Daimler and other OEMs and synthesising actionable steps that the automotive industry should take today to remain the disruptor instead of becoming the disrupted.
